![]() Kel at the 2005/2006 Presentation Dinner Kel was our longest serving President over the past 40 years. He held the position for 11 years from 1977/78 to 1987/88 inclusive. Kel was an excellent administrator and the move by our Club into Municipal and Shires cricket occurred during his term in office. Kel first played cricket with the Club in 1974 and enjoyed many seasons with various grades from B4 to C Grade. Captains he played under included Ray Erickson, Ken Smith and Craig Moreman. He also captained a B Grade team for two years. Some other highlights and achievements during his association with the Club include:
- SA Y AS Delegate Kel's wife, Edna, was also heavily involved with the Club and was Junior Secretary for two years and a hard working member of the Ladies Auxiliary. Kel remembers some other events during the past 20 years:
